Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of banquet or food service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Kronos.
• Certifications in alcohol service and Serv-Safe required within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, communication and organization are essential.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet events and ensure smooth execution per BEOs.
• Supervise service staff and coordinate with kitchen and banquet team.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and monitor uniform compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and assist other departments during lulls.
• Prepare banquet checks and track attendance in Kronos; support hiring input.
