Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience.
• Leadership potential or experience.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver guest experiences from coffee breaks to dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory management.
