Description

We are hiring a Banquet Manager.

We are seeking a passionate leader who loves serving others! Our resort's banquet events offer excellent exposure to weddings, receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions, creating opportunities for many future referrals. To ensure success, we need a dedicated and experienced banquet leader who focuses on quality, service, and timeliness, where our team works together to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
  2. Lead the team with motivation and direction and ensure all standards of quality are met.
  3. Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests’ needs during events.
  4. Communicate effectively with guests regarding the menu and services.
  5. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed to assist the team.
  6. Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests.
  7. Train others in serving plated and reception-style meals (training provided).
  8. Anticipate guest needs and monitor their dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
  9. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  10. Oversee setup, execution, and clean-up for events.
  11. Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
  12. Maintain cleanliness and safety in all service areas.

Note: The Banquet Manager will be cross-trained in our F&B department to support outlet leaders when banquets are not in season.
