Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to lead front-of-house operations in a busy dining and conference services environment. You will supervise FOH staff, ensure approved service standards, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing team members, maintaining schedules and payroll accuracy, and supporting cost controls across inventories and pars.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house operations (FOH) within hospitality or fine dining.
• Ability to hire, train and develop service staff.
• Strong focus on standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

Responsible for the effective execution of service for the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and Conference Services events . Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence, as determined by Flik Associates and the client are met.

Position assists withrecord keeping, maintains sanitation standards, assiststeam memberson the floor during peak meal periods andsupervisesconference services events, bars, and meal periodswhere applicable. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Accountable to ensure standards and legal obligations are followed.

Hire, train, and develop all FOH restaurant staff in fine dining service standards.

Maintain schedules, payroll, requisitionsand other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls including inventory and pars.

Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings daily.
