Job summary

Legends in Oklahoma City is seeking a cook with expertise in all cooking techniques and banquet cooking to produce menu items for large events. You will work closely with the Lead Cook to ensure all meal components are ready at the right times while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required, with no supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a restaurant or banquet facility.
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience cooking food.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and HACCP.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce menu items and maintain par levels for events.
• Coordinate with Lead Cook to have meals ready on time.
