Appellation Healdsburg seeks a Line Cook to execute and evolve the restaurant’s culinary program in collaboration with Folia and Beeline CDC, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef. The role focuses on station execution, banquets, and event service while upholding high sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, strong knife skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, ideally high-volume or fine dining.
• Hands-on kitchen experience in multiple stations is a plus.
• SERV Safe certification and sexual harassment training required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new team members.
• Support menu development, recipe testing, and plating with leadership.
• Ensure smooth kitchen flow and communication with Sous Chefs.
