Job summary

Appellation Healdsburg is seeking a dedicated line cook to execute and evolve the restaurant's culinary program in collaboration with Folia’s CDC and the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for all food production at your station for a la carte, tasting menus, and events, while assisting with seasonal menu development and maintaining the highest sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years in professional kitchen, upscale or fine-dining setting.
• ServSafe certification and sexual harassment training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook banquets and daily station dishes following established recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation, food safety, and proper storage/rotation per health codes.
• Collaborate with FoH and other kitchen staff to uphold brand standards.
• Train and support new team members using established guides.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests.
• Attend meetings and maintain logs for safety and quality.
