Qualifications

• Stewarding/housekeeping management experience in hotel or similar environment.
• Experience handling large banquet events (200+ attendees).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, pots and pans.
• Clean and wash china, silverware, and glasses using dishwasher.
• Deliver stock from receiving department and store it properly.
• Take out kitchen trash, including grease from disposals.
• Clean floors in kitchen areas and around cookers.
• Maintain safety and security of employees and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
