Responsibilities

• Set up dish machine with clean components and stock.
• Run dirty items through dish machine and return clean ware to stock.
• Maintain steady pace to meet demand for dishes and utensils.
• Participate in maintenance and cleaning chores as directed.
• Observe sanitation, safety, breakage, and waste control.
