Limelight Boulder seeks a Banquet Jr. Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations, assist the Exec Chef, and train line staff. You will ensure dishes are prepared and plated to standard and maintain safety and cleanliness across the kitchen.

Requirements include a culinary degree or equivalent, ServSafe certification, and 5 years of culinary experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits at Limelight Boulder.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with all kitchen needs
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet standards
• Cook and prepare food to order daily
• Properly stores mise en place and submits production needs
• Supervise and coordinate the line crew to achieve tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen areas
• Coordinate with Executive Chef for service
