Banquet Houseperson (Part Time Weekends) - Hilton Short Hills (Finance)

A Houseperson is responsible for supporting Food and Beverage operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring cleanliness of all areas and maintaining equipment.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, you are responsible for supporting Food and Beverage operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also ensure cleanliness of all areas and maintain equipment. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas
• Ensuring equipment is in full working order and reporting any defects
• Projecting a professional manner to guests and team members
• Assisting the back of house team when requested
• Assisting with set-ups to ensure department efficiency
• Managing mis-en-place for Food and Beverage functions and special menus in a timely manner
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
• Attending training provided by the hotel
