A Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring excellent guest service and supporting the hotel's profitability. Specifically, your tasks would include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
• Processing payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
• Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
• Ensuring the quality and safety of beverage perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed
• This is a seasonal position; availability to work weekends in July and August is required
