Responsible for set-up, break down, and cleaning of all banquet spaces and functions. Assisting guests in function areas as needed.

What will I be doing?

A Houseperson supports Food and Beverage operations to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of banquet, meeting, and conference areas to meet standards.
• Cleaning tasks such as restroom sanitation, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, floor waxing, trash removal, and supply management.
• Ensuring equipment is functional and reporting issues.
• Projecting professionalism to guests and team members.
• Assisting back-of-house team as needed.
• Handling equipment, including lifting and pushing at least 50 pounds.
• Supporting set-up for Food and Beverage functions efficiently and timely.
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Attending hotel-provided training.
