Job summary

Hilton San Antonio Hill Country is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the property's electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting maintenance. You will manage work orders, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, operable facilities across the property.

The role requires HVAC certification and at least two years of supervisor experience in residential maintenance, with strong coordination skills and a focus on guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification preferred.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years as Engineering Supervisor in residential/apartment setting.
• General maintenance skills: A/C, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, electronics, drywall.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 pounds repeatedly.
