Pay Range

This range is provided by Bentwater Yacht and Country Club. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• This is a labor-intensive, fast-paced position

Responsibilities

• Assist in all positions needed, acting as a liaison between front and back of house.
• Responsible for proper setup and teardown of events.
• Understand buffet stations, menu specials, desserts, promotions, and activities.
• Ensure menu item integrity, including plating and temperature.
• Familiar with table and seat numbers.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables.
• Ensure alcohol regulations are followed; notify manager of issues.
• Work with a high sense of urgency.
• Clear dishes and glassware, assist in setup, cleanup, and resetting tables.
• Perform side work and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Perform multiple functions in the restaurant as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by F&B Managers.
