• Set rooms, buffets, and tables according to BEO specifications and supervisor instructions.
• Handle guest requests; seek supervisor assistance as needed.
• Keep storerooms clean, organized, and secure.
• Organize banquet rooms to ensure a productive, safe, and energy-efficient environment.
• Set unused rooms to department standards.
• Communicate concerns to the Banquet Supervisor.
• Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Manage food pickup, dish return, and equipment operation.
• Support servers during service and notify supervisors of issues.
• Advise sales and management on equipment, supply needs, and staffing issues.
• Maintain records, attend training, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with banquet management for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in banquet areas.
• Stay informed about facility promotions and events to assist guests effectively.
