ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, ensuring all furniture, equipment, and decor are arranged according to event specifications.
• Set tables, chairs, linens, and other items efficiently to prepare the space for events.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of banquet halls, including sanitizing surfaces and ensuring items are presentable.
• Assist guests as needed, including moving chairs or tables and supporting event setup.
• Ensure availability of banquet supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Collaborate with banquet team, catering staff, and leadership for smooth event execution.
• Wear and maintain uniforms properly, including nametags. Possession of a gaming license is required if applicable.
• Remain alert and aware of banquet operations, informing supervisors of any concerns.
• Perform duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, internal policies, safety, and health standards.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent presence during scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Experience in hospitality, bussing, or serving, preferably in banquet or fine dining settings. Ability to work under deadlines and pressure. Skills in problem-solving, organization, and prioritization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of recent related experience in hospitality or restaurant industries.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous materials training.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent customer service, basic math skills, ability to stay calm under pressure.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent physical activity including walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for long periods. Flexibility for additional hours is expected.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
