Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to join our Banquet Team. You will set up and break down equipment, ensuring flawless event presentation and guest readiness.

Ideal candidates have prior banquet experience in a luxury resort or hotel, can follow floor plans, and work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment. This full-time role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and banquet equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floor plans.
• Complete room setups on time, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy.
• Maintain organized storage areas and handle equipment with care.
• Respond promptly to setup changes and communicate equipment or maintenance needs.
• Work closely with banquet leadership and colleagues to support seamless events.
