The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a Server for lunch and dinner service to elevate our dining experiences on Longboat Key. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a polished, attentive service throughout the meal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a server role preferred, especially in fine dining or resort settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about items, specials, and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Ensure guests receive timely and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Process guest payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining atmosphere.
