Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a proactive Banquet Houseperson to ensure flawless event spaces in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You’ll partner with banquet leaders to deliver polished setups and exceptional guest experiences for weddings, corporate events and social functions.

The role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and physical stamina to move furniture and equipment, with scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute room setups and breakdowns based on BEOs, including tables, chairs, staging, and décor.
• Ensure furniture and equipment are placed accurately and safely for weddings, meetings, and social events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet and storage areas, ready for future events.
• Perform regular inspections of event spaces before, during, and after functions to ensure quality and readiness.
• Respond to guest and team requests during events, including last-minute changes or additional setup needs.
• Collaborate with banquet captains, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
