Job summary

Buffalo Run Casino is seeking Banquet Staff to support the Food & Beverage Department during banquet events. You will help with setup of tables, chairs, linens, and food stations, provide courteous service, and assist with teardown to ensure a smooth event.

This role requires attention to safety and guest satisfaction, ability to verify ages for alcohol, and adherence to policies. You must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed in a casino setting.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of serving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a Food Handler’s Permit.
• Must hold an Oklahoma Liquor License and be able to obtain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove tables and chairs in banquet areas and equipment as assigned.
• Set up buffet tables and serving stations, including portable bars as required.
• Provide courteous and efficient guest services and verify guests' ages for alcohol.
• Serve beer, wines and other drinks, maintain guest satisfaction and safety.
• Assist with breakdown, storage, and cleaning of event spaces and equipment.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required; lift up to 50 pounds.
