TKO Employment Services Delaware LLC is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to supervise the banquet team and ensure top-tier service for events at Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Lehigh Valley in Allentown, PA. You will lead staff, manage schedules, and uphold hotel standards across all banquet functions.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen and a commitment to guest satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning event planning, training, and daily operations management.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced banquet setting.
• Proficient with standard MS Office applications and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview, recruit, train, schedule, coach and support banquet staff to meet brand standards.
• Oversee daily banquet operations, including set-up and event execution.
• Assist F&B Director with forecasts, budgeting and cost controls.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and resolving issues.
• Lead training and development for the Banquets division and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare schedules aligned to budget and occupancy, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with departments to plan and execute all banquet functions.
