• Previous hospitality or houseman/porter experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for scheduling and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Moves and places tables, chairs, and supply linens for each event in the conference center.
• Assists with conference room readiness and supplies (flipcharts, whiteboards, screens, etc.).
• Refreshes rooms between meetings and provides prompt service as scheduled.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and assists with basic AV equipment as needed.
• Communicates with clients, guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
