Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English with service team.
• Must be able to read safety rules, orders, floorplans and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with banquet setup, cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Set up tables, chairs, décor and stations per event orders (BEOs).
• Serve courses in correct sequence and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Break down and reset spaces after events and handle end-of-shift duties.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and brand standards throughout events.
