Job summary

Paradise Valley Country Club is looking for Set-up Attendants in Paradise Valley, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down member events, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Key duties include setting up event furnishings, ensuring operational condition of A/V equipment, and participating in staff meetings. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, with 1 to 2 years of event setup experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications is preferred.
• Prior experience in the field of event set-up and/or related roles with 1 to 2 years of experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Complete all daily room set-up configurations for member parties and functions.
• Perform daily cleaning, dusting, and polishing of event furnishings, rooms, and entrances.
• Ensure proper set-up, breakdown, and operational condition of Club-owned Audio and visual equipment.
• Attend all scheduled weekly staff meetings and participate in team projects.
