Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Springfield, MO is seeking a banquet server to deliver exceptional guest experiences at events. You will set up and breakdown banquet spaces, coordinate service, and support the banquet team to ensure timely, polished service.

This role requires 6 months of banquet food service, strong customer service, and the ability to lead when needed. Certifications in food and alcohol are preferred or can be completed within 90 days; physical stamina is essential.

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china only, please.
• Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting—yes, you’ll be part tech support too.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.

What We Are Looking For:

• Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience—we need someone who’s seen a plated dinner or two.
• Leadership potential or experience—you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
