Margaritaville Resort Orlando is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant to prepare, arrange, and reset banquet and meeting spaces for events, delivering exceptional service and maintaining top cleanliness and guest experience. This On-Call role operates within resort banquet facilities and event venues, requiring energy and a team-oriented approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in banquet, hospitality, food and beverage, or event setup preferred.
• Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues according to BEOs.
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, linens, skirting, and other equipment.
• Ensure rooms are set accurately and completed within required timelines.
• Inspect event spaces for cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support room resets and venue conversions between events.
• Transport and properly store banquet equipment and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and report damaged or missing items.
• Assist banquet service staff during events as needed.
• Follow safety procedures when lifting, moving, and storing equipment.
• Communicate with Banquet Managers, Event Managers, and other departments about event requirements.
