Role requires ensuring adherence to SOPs and resort policies, managing labor, linen, and payments, and being ready to assist with serving, cash handling or bartending as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet staff performance and ensure high service standards.
• Delegate duties, schedule labor, coordinate set-up and completion of events.
• Serve as event manager on duty when required; manage props/equipment and payments.
• Coordinate with staff on linen control and department processes; enforce SOPs.
