Responsibilities

• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to keep a clean work area.

• Store utensils and dishes properly after unloading the dishwasher.

• Sort, scrape, and rinse dishes before loading into the dishwasher.

• Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine
