Job summary

• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the CRIT Tribal Gaming Agency prior to beginning work and must renew annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, development and mentoring of Banquet staff; maintain documentation on performance and attendance.
• Manage events from setup to tear down; coordinate communication with hourly staff, culinary staff and guests; ensure scheduling and inventory accuracy.
• Handle end-of-month reports and inventory; supervise opening/closing/accounting practices as necessary.

The Banquet Coordinator will assist by actively overseeing all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.**Essential Job Functions:*** Ensures total compliance with all alcohol service policies, if applicable. Monitors alcohol service throughout event to assure 100% compliance with Alcohol Service policies.
