Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure organized and clean storage areas for all food.
  • Handle and store all food items properly at the end of each shift; properly rotate inventory.
  • Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
  • Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and product pars.
  • Work with the manager to create specials and menu variations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic understanding of sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, health, and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player.

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interview, drug screening, background check, reference checks, and employment assessment. Paid Time Off (PTO) is available for eligible associates as per company policy. Specific compensation and benefits details will be discussed during the interview.
