What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Cook, you will prepare food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing food as per recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing menu items and food products
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Handling and storing food according to regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items
