Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipe specifications and ensure daily culinary operations run smoothly.
• Maintain restaurant standards during busy periods and under pressure.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and kitchen staff.
• Communicate professionally with Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
• Assist with recipe updates, logs, and kitchen health and safety practices.
• Monitor portion sizes, plating quality, and inventory prep lists.
• Support cross-functional teams to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
