The ideal candidate will follow health and safety guidelines, maintain sanitary work areas, and coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on inventory and prep tasks. Experience and TIPS certification are assets.

• Minimum Knowledge: interpret/extract information; may require arithmetic functions.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for dining room orders and events according to recipes and standards.
• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain sanitary standards and follow health regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down prep stations and service units.
• Notify Kitchen Manager of shortages and maintain logs as required.
