LodgeWorks is a privately held hotel development and management company known for its Archer Hotel portfolio. We are hiring a Banquet Cook to support events and banquet service across our properties.

You will prepare and cook banquet and non-menu items, ensuring quality and food safety while coordinating with the banquet chef and sales team. Join a team that values Midwest hospitality, teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a food handling certificate.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team player with hospitality mindset and strong communication skills.
• Wollows safety protocols and maintains sanitary kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook banquet items and non-menu orders per LodgeWorks specs.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Set up, break down and stock workstation for events.
• Follow MSDS/OSHA safety practices and report hazards.
• Assist Banquet chef and Sales staff to service events and caterings.
• Monitor inventory and control food portions and costs.
