Qualifications

• Must be able to read recipes and comprehend B.E.O. requirements.
• Ability to perform prep work and follow prep lists from B.E.O.
• Must assist in maintaining sanitation and safety standards per LSOP.
• Able to label and rotate food items daily and monitor temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Control quality and consistency of all food served and maintain visual appeal.
• Develop a prep list from the B.E.O. and create requisitions to ensure timely production.
• Ensure banquet production follows standards and all supplies are available as needed.
• Assist in controlling food cost and learn all menu items produced in kitchen.
• Complete prep and banquet tasks in accordance with B.E.O. and LSOPs.
