The Club at Bella Collina LLC in Florida is seeking a talented Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and present high-quality cuisine for weddings, private events, member functions, and special club gatherings, working alongside our Executive Chef and Banquet Chef to deliver memorable guest experiences.

In a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment, you will maintain kitchen organization, uphold food safety standards, and support the team to meet demanding service timelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a banquet cook, line cook, or in a high-volume culinary environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality menu items for weddings, banquets, private events, and club functions according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist with the execution of a variety of banquet menus, including plated dinners, buffets, action stations, and specialty events.
  • Set up and organize workstations to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation to meet the club's standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special event requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, labeling, and rotating inventory to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
  • Support fellow team members in creating a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Uphold the club's commitment to outstanding hospitality, exceptional service, and member satisfaction.
  • Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.
