Job summary

Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, based in FM's hospitality group, seeks a hotel banquet server at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. The role supports conference breaks, coordinates food and beverage setups, and ensures smooth service across day and evening shifts in a busy hotel environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of server experience, strong communication, and a customer‑focused demeanor. High school diploma or GED required; some hotel/banquet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of server experience in a restaurant.
• Experience in a hotel/banquet setting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Make large amounts of coffee using commercial coffee makers.
• Procure break food items from bakery and breakfast items per BEO.
• Observe and maintain all break areas for the conference.
• Clean and maintain break area equipment (coffee pots, soda machines, etc.).
• Set up and maintain break F&B offerings and coordinate with sales/F&B manager.
