The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time, hourly Coat Check Attendant to welcome guests, manage the coat check area, and assist with event logistics. You will coordinate with banquet staff and hotel teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience during events.

Position requires a courteous, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

What you will be doing

• Greet banquet and event guests in a friendly, professional manner and efficiently collect, tag, store, and return coats and personal items.
• Maintain accurate coat check procedures to ensure all guest belongings are handled securely and returned promptly.
• Provide guests with directions and information regarding event locations, hotel amenities, and services as needed.
• Monitor and organize the coat check area to maintain cleanliness, safety, and an efficient guest flow throughout events.
• Collaborate with banquet staff, event managers, and hotel teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
