Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Chef to ensure client and customer service satisfaction by providing culinary resources and support. You may manage scheduling, discipline, and hiring, and assist in menu development and ordering.

This role offers opportunities to work with executive culinary leadership and execute high-profile banquet events, with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of banquet and event culinary experience.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-volume banquet and catering events.
• Supervise and direct culinary staff during events.
• Ensure food prepared and presented to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Assist with ordering, inventory management, and storage.
• Coordinate with banquet and catering teams for smooth events.
• Help manage staffing and kitchen workflow during events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe kitchen environment.
