Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily banquet culinary operations, including meal prep, food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, team performance, policy implementation, cost control, and profitability
• Inspecting, selecting, and using quality food and beverage products
• Analyzing Banquet Event Orders to coordinate food and beverage for client events
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
• Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
• Assisting in menu creation and planning
