Qualifications

• Driver's License Required.
• TIPS California RBS Certification (Preferred)
• Serve Safe Food Certificate (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for full service catered events, coordinating timelines, staffing, setup, service and breakdown.
• Oversee food staging, equipment prep, and vehicle coordination for accurate event delivery.
• Monitor staffing levels and address labor needs to maintain service standards.
• Communicate event details with Catering Sales and culinary teams to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
