Banquet Captains are experienced banquet servers who lead and coach other associates, provide direction, and may include training responsibilities. They ensure the function space is visually appealing and that the menu offerings are well-presented for each event. Responsibilities include linen and table setting, food station design, beverage service, general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.

The base wage range for this position is $18 to $20 per hour. This is a tipped position with an additional service charge, potentially earning $70 to $80 per hour plus tips.
Flexible availability is required. The position is on-call as needed, with weekends and evenings mandatory.
