Client Advocate Specialist-High Growth Team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities including phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email to targeted prospects within defined account portfolios for the purpose of setting new meetings for the team.
- Utilize call lists to make a minimum of 200 calls per week or 40 calls per day, with follow-up via personalized LinkedIn messaging and emails.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Provalus service offerings and craft a concise 1-2 minute pitch.
- Assist the sales team by identifying and researching ideal customer profiles through platforms like LinkedIn and update contact information in HubSpot.
- Establish rapport with potential decision-makers through various communication channels to schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Construct organizational charts using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to acquire and update customer and account data. Maintain CRM system (HubSpot).
- Attend meetings, document notes, and action items for all appointments.
- Gather, verify, and organize data according to set filters by Sales leadership to identify additional prospects, leads, or connections.
- Monitor and manage follow-up activities for emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calling using appropriate tools.
- Develop and execute outbound lead strategies to generate interest and inbound calls for overall sales pipeline development with multiple touchpoints over a monthly period.
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries for information.
- Adhere to company confidentiality, data integrity, and security policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, tenured sales/account executive experience a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other Microsoft suite applications.
- Strong administrative skills including document tracking, typing, database and information management.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or outbound call environments preferred.
- Willingness to engage in cold calling to generate sales prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- High school diploma required; additional education, computer training, or certifications are a plus.
