The ideal candidate has banquet or hospitality experience, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Banquet/banquet-service experience required.
• Weddings and golf tournaments experience strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of directing a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet staff during weddings, tournaments, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown with F&B Director.
• Direct servers, bartenders, and banquet staff.
• Ensure event timelines, menus, and guest expectations are met.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence at events.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure safety and responsible alcohol service practices.
