Formación

• Prior experience in banquet management highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service levels.

• Oversee banquet room setup, team direction and organization
• Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements as necessary
• Manage team members; lead with honesty, professionalism and thoughtfulness
• Respond to guest and coordinator requests and needs
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained
