Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Banquet Captain to lead banquet events at Homestead in Midway, Utah. You will supervise servers, ensure flawless execution, and work with event planners and the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate staff across multiple banquet functions, maintain high service standards, and adapt to evenings, weekends, and holidays while ensuring safety and efficiency throughout all events.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable
