What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Captain, you will oversee the setup and cleanup of food and beverages during banquet functions, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising food and beverage service during banquet events to ensure quality and satisfaction
• Assisting in planning, organizing, and executing all banquet functions such as breakfast, luncheons, dinners, receptions, and galas
• Greeting and assisting clients and guests promptly and courteously
• Leading department meetings and coordinating team efforts
• Processing banquet checks accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service, including serving beverages in compliance with regulations
