Hilton’s Conrad Orlando resort is seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee food and beverage service at banquet functions and to deliver memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Based in Orlando, FL, you will lead events from planning to execution, ensuring top-tier service, billing accuracy, and adherence to health and safety standards while upholding Hilton’s warm, light-filled hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly attitude during all interactions.
• Supervise beverage and food service at banquet events and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Assist planning, organizing and executing banquet functions (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions, galas).
• Lead or participate in department meetings to ensure team alignment for banquet operations.
• Process banquet checks accurately and ensure seamless payment transactions.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

• Ensure seamless service: Supervise food and beverage service and monitor guest satisfaction during banquet events, promptly addressing any issues with product or service quality
• Support event execution: Assist with the planning, organizing, and execution of various banquet functions, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas
• Collaborate for success: Lead and/or participate in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations
• Handle banquet billing: Accurately process banquet checks and ensure seamless payment transactions
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
