Job Description: The ideal Banquet Captain is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer service.

SCHEDULE: Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Unable to work weekends? Please consider other opportunities.

Pay Rate: $17.66 plus tips.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead banquet functions and oversee setup of catering events
• Supervise serving of food and beverages at banquets and events
• Coordinate meeting spaces and ensure compliance with banquet event orders (BEO)
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
• Follow sanitation procedures for food safety
• Complete guest checks accurately and provide excellent service

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Micros systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
• Passion for food and guest experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Food Handler Certificate
